About Me

My name is Lola K...Well I should say, Lola K. is more like where me and my alter ego meet as one. As Lola K. I speak from a place of reality and fantasy; experience and intrigue. I write romance stories, mostly soft-core BDSM but I also like to write contemporary romance and sci-fi/fantasy romance.

I have two blogs on this site:

1. My Author Blog- This blog is basically a play by play of my experience of being a self published writer. I write about the steps I am taking for various things (like creating my own book covers, publishing the books and how I'm writing them). I post segments from my stories. I write about difficulties I have and how I overcome them. There may be (if there are not already), some occasional book reviews.

2. Lola K's Diary- This is my personal, little, sexy blog. I write about everything from things that I am doing/learning sexually and spiritually, sexy books I have read that I like, lessons about sexuality that I am learning, my relationships and life in general.

RE: LEAVING COMMENTS ON MY BLOG-
If you don't know how to use the "Publish As" option, then feel free to leave your website/blog info directly on the post.Thanks.

A few of my favorite books so far are:

Sexy Books:

Samson's Barber by Ron Baxter
The Zorn Warrior's 4 part Series by Laurann Dohner
Punished (Taboo Wishes) by Brynn Paulin
Mr. Smith's Whip by Brynn Paulin
Yuletide Greetings by Brynn Paulin (the only thing I didn't like about this book was that it was WAY too short. I was Shocked when it ended. It was very abrupt. Great story though.)

Non Sexy Books:
(Wow...There's a few so I'll be adding a little at a time. I'll probably add the links, to the ones that have them, later.)

Dance of Power: A Shamanic Journey by Susan Gregg
Yellow Stories by Don Lee
The Isis Papers by Dr. Francis Cress Welsing
Sleeping Beauty by Ross Macdonald (No...It's not the fairytale; it's about an oil spill and a murder, from what I remember).
The Kebra Nagast
What the Buddha Taught
Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
The Way of the Wizard by Depak Chopra
Out of Body Adventures by Rick Stack
The Catcher in the Rye by J. D. Salinger (which I haven't read in years)
Anything and everything by SUZAR

I am always open to book suggestions (including books written by you-I like connecting with fellow artists), as well as critique, so please, don't hesitate to comment & review. I am new to the writing world, so advice is welcome. Thank you for your time and support and I hope that you enjoy my books. Have a tasty day...
